tilayeeya me other states general ka sheet kaise divide kiya jata hai... incase ek hi states ke jayada student high score kerte hai un situation me.... pls reply

In your question you have not mentioned what examination you are asking for. Try to specify it first and then get the specific answer. Mention your State and the States of which result is high is not mentioned. State which exam candidate is achieving  scoring high marks result in two or three steps ahead more than your state. Possibly the literacy rate of that state is more high than you. Budget allocation of the state for education is more than you. The state is more interested in education with other development projects also. So  these are the sum of the facts related for achieving high scoring result in any of the examinations you are asking for. So don't worry go ahead with a planned and systematic routine of study. Be sincere and try hard for success.
