In India, both B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) and B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degrees can qualify you to become an IT Engineer.  They are considered equivalent degrees for most IT jobs.

 B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering):

  • This degree program emphasizes the theoretical foundations of engineering principles.

  • It might have a slightly less focus on the latest technologies compared to B.Tech programs.

  • B.E. degrees are traditionally offered by universities, while some institutes might offer both B.E. and B.Tech programs.

    I hope it helps!
