To join iit, how many percentage shoud i get in 12th (board)...In each subject....Or in only PCM

The candidate should be passed in 75+ marks in 10th class and +2 college /intermediate. For sc/st they should get minimum marks of 65 % in boards.you should cross the cutoff of jEE mains then only you are eligible for the jEE advance.

Ok....
But in board exam 75% i should get
But only in PCM or in all subjects...

The total score should be 75% above. you should get in all subjects above 75% to get good score in board as well as to cross the cutoff for jEE advance exam..
