usually the posts like officer and on the level 2 posts will be filled by the graduate students and the low level posts will be filled by 12 passed students and higher level posts grade 2 posts will be filled by the civils exam so if you need a higher post you should study civils and if you need a level 2 post which is in the officer level you have to have a dregree, so hope that you will definetly get your desired seat and secure a good job
