You have not mentioned which application are you talking about.Kindly mention the application/exam about which you are asking.Usually you can pay through Debit card/Credit card/Internet banking if the mode of payment is online.You will also have offline mode payment where you need to deposit the fee amount.Kindly check if you can pay through offline.If you don't have offline payment mode then pay using your relatives' or friends debit/credit card.If that is not possible go to an internet shop where all the online applications are done, you can pay using their credit/debit card and you can return the amount to them.
