After the official announcement of NEET result you can apply for Punjab state medical counselling using NEET score card.

You need to fill counselling form only once with your choices (colleges which you want to opt).

The counselling will be conducted in online as well as offline mode.So you need to apply for it on official website and fill counselling form and choices.
