In aiims maximum quests including assertion reason type were from NCERT textbook. So i would auggest you to study ncert. If you haven't studied it. You can go with your coaching notes and practise the previous years question papers. Do solve numericals daily and revise regulary the concepts you have read.. Thats more than sufficient to have a great score in aiims ug entrance exam. .. ..
