now coming to your question,CSAB 2019 is currently held by NIT-Trichy.The CSAB is a government body and is not biased towards any student or region.all the seats given are given on merit basis.if you are talking in other way,then csab is majorly in favour of NORTH-EASTERN region students as well as people from lakshwadeep and andaman and nicobar islands.
