For writing BITSAT and JEE, you only need to pass your 12th standard board examinations. But for admission in BITS (after appearing for your BITSAT), you need to have an aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Open and obc -75%
SC/ST--65%

Note: it is the scone of class 12 in maths physics and chemistry.
