Some of the top colleges are
1) IIT Gandhinagar:

It has only started this year for Computer Science, but considering that the faculty is amazing and that it is an IIT, it has to be the best in Gujarat.

2) DA-IICT:

All the faculty members have Ph.Ds just like the IITs and it is a top notch university. One of the best in India (after IITs, BITS and some NITs of course). Keep in mind that the course is technically not computer science, but is a combination of the key components of ECE and CSE. You can choose topics you are more interested in from the third year.

3) SVNIT:

I personally believe that in terms of Computer Science, DA-IICT is a better option than SVNIT but it really is a matter of opinion. SVNIT is more difficult to get into than DA-IICT, mainly because of the NIT tag. One of the top universities in India.

4) Nirma University:

A beautiful campus and great facilities makes this university one of the best in Gujarat. Considered a big name institute in Gujarat and is highly accredited.

Some other universities are PDPU, MSU, LD, IIIT-Vadodara, etc., but the 4 Ive mentioned above are the ones you want to get into. Getting into Computer Science in any of the 4 universities is very difficult (especially IIT Gandhinagar) and so the students will be top notch as well.
