There is only one NIT that offers B.Tech + M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering i.e. National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur. Apart from this there are four IITs that offers B.Tech + M.tech, here's the list-

1. Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar

2. Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi

3. Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi

4. Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur

To pursue B.Tech + M.Tech course from NIT Hamirpur, you will have to pay INR 150000 per year. And you must have scored minimum 75 percent in 12th.

NIT harimpur and nit rourkela offers b.tech + m.tech of five years duration program in computer science engineering. admission is based on jee main score. however since both of the course in respective institute is new, it is difficult to find pros and cons between them. however computer science placement in both of the institute is excellent and you would get best placement than any other state government college or private colleges of India.
