Dear Raja, no hospital pays you a high salary soon after you graduate from a Medical College. The pay increases as your experience and craftsmanship improves. No Doctor is being paid what he/she is getting paid without years of hardwork, practise and success. And after MBBS, the specialisation that you choose, the place where you are working also matter. Even if there is a hospital or 10 hospitals for that matter that pay high salaries, they dont pay you the same unless you are as experienced as their highly paid Doctor is.
