CSE (Computer Science & engineering) is the highly sought engineering branch among all the students.Due to its wide exposure almost every aspirant wants to study CSE from a reputed IIT/NIT and get a decent job with a better amount of salary.

With the coveted CSE (Computer Science & engineering) branch in IITs/NIT comprising just about 10 to 20% of total seats available with all IIT/NIT,getting a CSE seat at prestigious IIT/NIT has always been a tough proposition for engineering aspirants.

Apart this i would like to tell you a minimum numbet of seat for CSE.

After Doing a little bit research on internet , i found that 

NO. of Active IIT's:16

NO. of Active NIT's:30 

NOW Assuming that a minimum of 30 CSE seat per institution ( a minimum estimate,since many institution have more than this )

we have 

minimum Number of  CSE (Computer Science & engineering) seats =(16+30)*30=1380
