Yes, you can change your branch after 1st year but it only applicable in a few colleges. Also, you should be among the top 3 Cgpa after 1st year only then you will be allowed to switch your branch. Usually, the students target CSE Branch. So, I suggest you to focus on cracking TS Eamcet with a good rank.
