Hi
No you shouldn't keep this college in your second phase you need to put according to your preference other then first alloted college and to save your first alloted seat you need to pay challen and do all the process and after that you need to attend second couselling in second phase you will allot with one more College if you are not interested in second allotment you can go for first or if you would like second phase then put a trasfer of your money which you paid for first Allotment so by this way you will have two chances
Hope this information is helpful
