hi aspirant

yes the fee payment page is not opening its because the last date to pay the fee was already passed away so the online payment of fee is removed now.

incase if you wanna pay for tsicet then you have to approch the icet office in hyderabad or education welfare community to support you to make the offline fee payment for icet.

How foolish you are date for tsicet 2019 has not yet announced ....And you are the one who is giving false information to students...If you dont knw the answer dont answer to any question...why do you give wrong for students.Avoid giving false information...

Yesterday when I checked the website it shows that the date for payment is passed away that's why I answered this question.
