All UG courses are to be joined after 12th class itself except for LLB which needs a bachelors degree.

As per your preference in the profile i.e Management, the options available are BBA, BMS, BBS, BBM.
These are the basic management undegraduate courses.
Other than this you can opt for B.COm, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BA, BFA etc.
