Well getting a dual degree is hardly seen in colleges in India. As far as your requirement is concerned, getting a BA LLB with BA in Psychology does not seem possible together. BA LLB alone is a five year program and BA in Psychology is three year program with separate credits required and completely different syllabus. It is highly unlikely of such a combination to exist in any college in India.
