You can definitely try out for BCECE Agriculture in a government college- as you should get in a good college for admission. Apply for counseling and you can easily get in if not by 1st round, then definitely by 2nd round. 

Even you can easily get your course in any private college as you have a very good rank.  The course you choose is good enough for future opportunities.
