The UPSC medical exam is scheduled to be held in 22 October 2020 for now. Following documents are required for filling UPSC medical exam form:

• Scanned images of photograph & signature.
• Photo-identity card in PDF format.
• Bank details for online transaction.
• Mark sheet of Class 10 and 12.
• Category Certificate
