I hope you are talking about the URC . The college is in bihar is quite old as built in 1950s.  The college offers decent placement opportunities and internship programs.  The teachers are quite qualified and are good in teaching . The campus is quite good as well if that's what you meant by student studying. I would like that you ask your questions properly so that it is easy for us to answer them.
