I am hoping the issue might have resolved by now. 

After submitting JIPMER MBBS application form, if a duly filled application form was generated at the end of the process, then that indicates successful submission of the form. 

In case you fail to login still, please check for wrong spellings in the user ID or Password. You should also check if the CAPS is on. Also, check for any server issues. You may try logging in through different browser. 

If the issue persists, you should immediately contact JIPMER Puducherry. You can use below given helpline number and email id to contact between office hours (9 AM to 1 PM & 2 to 5 PM):
