You need to decide in the beginning for the reason you are joining the college. If you feel after finishing college you would be able to make your mark in the job prospects the college would not matter much as it all comes under University of Delhi. What is important is your task and efforts to make you a better student.
You can start working on your personality and even work together on your studies and extra curricular activities.

Well both colleges are better but shyam lal college is more preferred as its placements is good. Companies visits to college and good number of students get recruited with avearge pacakge of 2 to 2.5 lakh per annum.
Also faculty is very good, experienced, and helpful. Infrastructure is nice with wifi facility, big class room, labs, etc.
