Value of giving on demand exam in nios after failing in class 12 cbse and will any university accept this for b.tech admission?

te basic criteria for getting admission in college is passing 10+2 .
so its better to try next time after clearing 12th exam.

He can clear 12th this year only from nios in october. Then he can take admission in any college.
