very important question please help me i appeared in cbse board and had 6 subjects but i failed in maths and passed all over as per cbse rule my aggragate marks is 58%am i eligible for appearing in clat ...please tell me by confirming it ..

Hello.
Yes , you can go for the CLAT exam because according to the eligibility criteria a general/OBC candidate must have at least 45% aggregate in class 12the from any recognised board and there is relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PWD categories , and according to the rules a candidate can apply for CLAT even if he/she has given any compartment exam in class 12th in any subject so definitely they can allow you too because there will be 'passed' printed on your marksheet of class 12th with aggregate percentage of top four subjects + English.
