Sorry to disappoint you but the last rank to get admission in veterinary college was 301707 in the reserved category last year.

So chances of you getting a seat for the same are unlikely or very less under general category. Also, some states conduct their own entrance exam for veterinary admission. If you are not limited to colleges in Karnataka,  you can try applying for those.
