Vidal Parikshan is also known as Widal Test. This test is used for determination of Typhoid.

It is one of the tests which is used to make a presumptive diagnosis of enteric fever, also known as typhoid fever. Typhoid is a life threatening illness caused by the infection by  bacterium. The bacteria which causes Typhoid is Salmonella enterica serotype Typhi. ( S.Typhi. ).
