After filling all the details,l in the application form, you will be required to click on Register button.
After Clicking, you will receive an OTP in you mobile number which you have to enter in the application window.
If you are not able to receive the OTP then possible cause could be Server error, problem with with or you mobile network.
You can try after few hours.
