To become employee of any PSU Bank of India there is same procedure except SBI who conducts its own recruitment exams separately. Employees of other govt. Banks are recruited through common written test and interview. The written test has two phases I.e. Preliminary and mains and then interview with GD playing a vital role in getting you the bank of your choice. The written test is conducted online so go through online mock tests as much as you can to improve your speed and accuracy. The more you practice the more are the chances of getting high scores. 

And one important thing bank does not recruit direct managers. It recruits PO's ( probationary officers) whose designation is assistant manager(AM)..(scale I) So after one departmental promotion you will be Manager(scale II)
