There are lots of things you can do after PCB in 10+2. The most common option is getting in the medical or paramedical field. Take a course like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc or BSc nursing, B.Oth, BPT, Bsc Radiology etc according to interest. You can also pursue pharmacy. Another option is taking  BSc (chemistry/zoology/botany/microbiology/biotechnology). Or you can change streams and take commerce or arts instead! Choose according to your interest and aptitude.
