I think you are asking for college cutoff and time table of college that offer mechanical engineering. 

As you should know that the cutoff for mechanical branch varies college to college and exam to exam.

As there are various india level or state level exam held every year for some good enginenring including both private as well as government as well as national institutes.

So, I will advice you to choose a particular college first and then ask for it.
