Your daughter will surely get ELIGIBILITY to get admission to Karnataka Engineering and MEDICAL colleges
There are ELIGIBILITY clauses revised from time to time.
These clauses are given in the KCET EXAMINATIONS AUTHORITY WEBSITE

I am afraid she will not be eligible as it needs a state domicile which you might not be able to get.

Yes if she does her class 10 and 12 from banglore she is eligible for banglore quota
