We are paying 1.7 lakhs as tuition fee for college and again we are paying 35000 as college fee.should we pay that 35000collegefee everyyear

If college fee is included in your semester fee then you have to pay.You have no other option.I think you have to pay this because normally colleges doesn't demand extra out of the semester fee.
