yes it is possible to take admission as lateral entry in b.com. there are many candidates after completing ITI courses join b.com as lateral entry. do tell me your last qualifiication. i will surely help you.

I'm completed my 1sem bcom now I'm written a 2 sem exam but I want to change a college bcoz the reason of teaching problem... What can I do?

you need to go and ask the authority of the colleges in which you want to study
if they allow you to take admission it may be possible. it seems differ from college to college.
