No, for AISSEE , you must have the actual domicile certificate at the time of application. You cannot upload a temporary document in place of it. The certificate is a mandatory document for submission.

If you do not have it yet, you should apply for the domicile certificate first and then complete the AISSEE application once you receive it.

If you currently do not have your domicile now, just an application receipt is usually not enough , you can upload your parent's domicile certificate and later during admission you will have to show your own domicile certificate.
