Since you are being shown Rs.0 as your tuition fee thus it clearly signifies that your entire tuition fees is nullified  as fee reimbursement but just to be sure of this fact I must suggest you to address this matter to the appropriate authorities by post or by mail while clearly stating your issue and request them to confirm if your entire fee has been nullified or if there has been any discrepancy.
