We have a residential plot of 400 square yards but not registered on my father's name.So am I eligible for EWS certificate?

Hello

As per the details mentioned by you, Yes, you can apply for EWS certificate. Following are the basic eligibility criteria which need to be fulfilled by you and your family:


You must belong to ‘general’ category

gross annual income of family should be below Rs. 8 lakhs.

not own agricultural land of size 5 acres or more.

not own a residential flat of area 1000 square feet or more.

not own a residential plot of area 100 square yards or more.

not own a residential plot of area 200 square yards or more.
