If the college provides the facility of online counselling then you need to login with your existing id and password which you received during registration.

Also you have not mentioned any college name. Most of the colleges gets the fee submitted during the rounds of seat allocation and document verification and submission but it is not true for all. I would be able to help much better with you providing essential information.
