Dear Radhika, you haven't mentioned which entrance exam is it for. Ideally, you can only make corrections to the uploaded images only if you have been notified to do so. AIIMS has closed its Basic Registration process and so you will not be able to make any more changes to its applucation. For NEET, today is the last day for corrections and if you arent able to make any corrections then you are good to go.
