hey hi!

No,you cannot get seats based on your community certificate. But yes, you can get good colleges, when you have good higher secondary marks. You can even use your JEE marks to get seat in a good college. Additionally if you apply for some other counselling you can use your score + community certificate( that too only for reservation purpose). There are still chances for you to get a good college using your marks than community certificate. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was of some help.
