VIPS (vivekananda institute of professional studies) is considered one of the highest ranked colleges affiliated to IP university. The cut off is usually higher than other colleges such as JIMS, TIPS etc.

I'll give you a glimpse for last year's cut off for bba for VIPS :-

In 2017, it was (last round) rank 3388 to rank 22988.

In 2018, it was around rank 5216- 10650 (not the last cut off)

So, the cut offs are usually in this range and also, it depends upon your category too.
