On an Android device, you can paste text excerpts and images into other apps by using the clipboard. To view all of the recently copied snippets, tap the Clipboard icon in the top row of Gboard. You can then tap to paste them. It is possible to copy, cut, and paste text or images between various applications using the clipboard.
