No they won't change seat. It will be as it is before. Ews reservation is just to help the economically weak candidates a help to get into a good college and with some help they also get benefited. This won't change the seat number. Ews comes under general category only. It is no where a separate category like ST or SC. So they will get seats from general category seats only
