There are lots of Government and private colleges are present across all over India where private college fess is much higher then government college and it is mandatory to provides full fess or through installments but it is mostly depends upon college and it is approved by Government.

So  some of colleges are planning or procedure for admission is different so we cant take any action against them because they have approved institute by gov but we can discuss with higher person of college  for installment payment .
