As mentioned before, many institutes are offering diploma and certificate courses in MLT (Medical Lab Tech.). States or institutions conduct their entrance exams/only counselling sessions, in order to give admission on these courses. 

Besides that, MLT is a job ready course, i.e. you can look forward to joining a job directly after completing your MLT. You may join in as a lab assistant at any private or government hospital labs or even military laboratories. You may also go for specialization courses after that.
