I didn't get your question.

As far as I understood I guess you are asking whether you can directly take admission in class 12 science or not.

If that is the case, then no you cannot directly take admission in class 12th be it science or any other stream.

After class 10th, one has to take admission in class 11th and after qualifying 11th , one goes into class 12th , so there's no way to directly get into class 12th after class 10th.
