If you have good understanding of concepts and your analytical and logical skills are good then definitely if you solve previous years question then it will help you and in the board exam it is a fact that almost more than 50% questions are repeated if you just solve last 10 years question paper then you will find 50% questions will be similar or that are related to that therefore considering this fact If you solve model question paper then also you can score more than 90% marks provided that you are conceptually very strong.
