Well the question you have asked here is quick unclear but still I will try my best to help you out .

The in between line questions and the questions written in the coloured boxes in between the text in NCERT are important not only for school level exams but for entrance exams as well .

I would suggest you to do all the questions thoughtfully and go through them  thoroughly.
Practice each and every question and try not to miss out on any of them .
