From the information you have provided I would like to clear that in current address you must put the address at which you will be residing during the course of examination & selection process i.e Bhubaneswar in your case.
And if you are permanently going to settle in Bhubaneswar then you must put the same address in Permanent address section also, but if not then you must put your permanent address , whatever it is.
