To fill the NEET exam form :-

1. a valid mobile number

2. a valid email address

3. class 10th and class 12th details (marksheet, certificate, details etc.)

4. Father's and Mother's name with correct spelling

5. Aadhar card number

6. class 12th roll no. issued by the board / EPIC no. / passport no. , ration card no. , bank account no. or any other valid Govt. Identity no.

7. scanned images of passport sized photograph , signature and the documents which need to upload as scanned copy

8. Credit/ Debit card or net banking (for online payments)

Important details applicant should have while filling the form

if you are a student from India then,  Aadhar card, class 12 th roll no issued by the board / EPIC no. , Ration card , Bank account passbook with photograph, passport no. or any other photo id card issued by government. also 10th certificate , school leaving certificate / bonafide certificate

Documents specification

1. Photograph :- latest photograph with white background the format and size of scanned copy of photograph should be JPG and 10 to 200 KB repectively

2. Post card size picture :- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019 and preferably the name of applicant and date of taking photograph should be mention on it. the photograph should not be with cap or goggle. the scanned copy size should in between 50 to 300kb.

3. Signature :- white background and signed with black pen and signature must not be in capital letters. the scanned copy size and format should be 4 to 30 kb and JPG respectively.

4. Left hand thumb impression :- blue ink with white paper background, if the left hand thumb is not available the right hand thumb may be used. the scanned copy size and format should be 10 to 50 kb and JPG respectively.

5. class 10th passing certificate :- The applicant should scan his / her 10th class certificate for uploading. the scanned copy size should be 100 to 400kb

You can check the documents to be uploaded while filling neet application form which are listed below :-

• Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).

• Postcard size picture:- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph and should not be with cap or goggles.

• Signature:- it should be on white Background with black pen; signature should be in running hand writing [not in capital letter].

• Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper . In case of any eventuality of left-hand thumb being unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used by you.

• Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading
